BIALETTI’s story began in 1919, when Alfonso Bialetti founded a metalworking workshop in Italy. In 1933, the Moka Express transformed the way families brewed coffee at home, making it part of the daily Italian ritual. The brand’s beloved mascot, l’Omino coi baffi (“the Little Man with the Mustache”), inspired by Alfonso’s son Renato, became widely known through television advertising in 1958. From the classic Moka pot to induction-compatible models, capsule coffee machines, and ground coffee, BIALETTI continues to bring Italian coffee culture and timeless design into homes around the world.
